An Award Winning History
NAI MLG Commercial is proud to be recognized by leaders, business professionals, the media and our clients throughout Wisconsin and nationwide. Highlighted below are some of the honors that we have received.
- Largest Commercial Real Estate Firm. NAI MLG Comercial was recognized in the April 23, 2008 issue of the Business Journal of Greater Milwaukee as the largest Milwaukee-area commercial real estate firm. NAI MLG Commercial has 69 staff members who hold commercial real estate licenses making it the largest. NAI MLG Commercial also brokered more than 22,000,000 square feet of industrial, office, retail and land deals in 2008.
- MLG received the 2006 Wisconsin Corporate Citizenship Award. MLG was presented with the award, sponsored by Edgewood College and Corporate Report Wisconsin magazine, on Feb. 9, 2007 at a ceremony held at Edgewood College in Madison, Wis. - #1 Commercial Real Estate Firm in Wisconsin (Business Journal of Milwaukee's Book of Lists, 2006) NAI MLG Commercial was recognized as the largest Commercial Real Estate Firm in Wisconsin.
- Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) Deal of the Year 2006. Stephen Provancher and Bob Gintoft, SIOR received the CARW award for the Deal of the Year in the Industrial Category.
- Fastest Growth Mid-Market Company (Milwaukee Business Journal, October 2006) MLG received the "Mid-Market Growth" award for the third year in a row. Wisconsin companies with annual revenues between $5 million and $250 million were eligible. In total, 24 companies received the award.
- Best Commercial Real Estate Firm in Wisconsin (Corporate Report Wisconsin, August 2005)The new “Best of Wisconsin Business” competition enables readers across the state to vote for outstanding business services and personal business choices in over 30 categories. Winners of the “Best of Wisconsin Business” competition were selected by more than 2,100 votes cast by readers of Corporate Report Wisconsin, Wisconsin’s most widely read business magazine. Readers were allowed to vote for any firm in the state.
